If you are deaf and would like to attend TERPexpo, please make your request in writing by emailing to reg@terpexpo.com for sign language interpreter, 30 days prior to TERPexpo location of your choice.

No Verbal or VP requests will be honored.

Any requests made by any deaf person who has NOT registered for TERPexpo location will be denied. you must be registered in advance to make the request for sign language interpreter.

Any At Door registration requests for interpreters will not be honored.

Registration Information:

Our advance conference registration rate is only $165.00 for entire weekend

which will enable you to earn atleast 3.0 CEUs (that is if you attend everything).

The registration rates does not include any hotel lodging, transportation, and/or meals. you are responsible for those charges.

Less than 5 business days prior & At Door Conference Registration for entire weekend would be $ 350.00 or

If you prefer Daily Rates, it is ONLY available at DOOR at the rate of $150.00 per day

payable in cash or credit card (no personal check accepted on site).

If you decide to use Mail In forms, you may download them at our download section of the website.

Deadlines:

Mail In registration deadlines are 45 days advance of location begin date.

On Line Early bird registration deadline is 5 business days prior of the location begin date.

On Site Registration is available starting Thursday at 11 am ($350.00 for full weekend.)

If you prefer to mail in registration form. Please pay attention to the deadlines as they are almost 45 days before the expo. We will NOT accept any late mail in registrations

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation requests must be in writing and postmarked on or before the dates listed below.

(NO VERBAL CANCELLATION REQUEST WILL BE HONORED.)

Combo ticket transfer	Email request on or before 7 days prior the event and will be charged $25 processing fee (We will confirm receipt of email, if No confirmation, please try again.)

Prior to 61 days advance	75% Refund
After 60 days advance to before 36 days advance	50% Refund
35th day and less	No refunds

TERPexpo Exclusive	Since we do offer locations throughout the year, we do ALLOW our registrants to transfer their registrations from one location to a different location instead of no refunds if they chose this option. They must be able to transfer locations within the same TERPexpo year with no extra charges.
